EPD HUB SUBSCRIPTIONS

New Subscriptions: EPD Packs!

​​​We have made some changes to our subscriptions and now you will see that reflected in your Credit Wallet:​

​

• We added new pack types: EPD Packs and EPD Scaling Packs, each selectable for Simple Products (SP) or Complex Products (CP).

• We've renamed our previous subscription to Legacy Packs (EPD Hub S, M, L, etc.) they will remain active together with the new EPD Packs.

• Both subscriptions Legacy and EPD Packs will co-exist for now.

We also added NEW automated credit deductions and discounts!

​

• Automated credit deductions are now available for EPD Packs. Full deduction rules are available here. Including add-on costs for epds with averaging and/or annex files.

• Auto-publishing auto-deduction (applicable to EPD Scaling Pack only). Credit deduction rules under Scaling Pack here.

• Submission group discount: similar EPDs submitted within the same submission group get 50% off the base EPD cost.

VERIFICATION AUTOMATION​

Forgot to answer your verifier's comments?

​

We know things can get lost in the day-to-day, so here's a friendly reminder

about how we handle inactive verifications.

​​​​​​​​

 

If a declaration under verification goes 70 days without a response to verifiers' comments, we'll close the verification. If you'd like to restart the process afterward, you'll need to contact support. This policy helps our verifiers focus their time on active declarations.

​

 

To help you stay on track, we'll send reminders along the way: an email at 14 days if you haven't responded to verifiers' comments, another at 60 days giving you a final 10-day window, and a last notice at 70 days confirming your declaration has been removed from verification.​​​​​
