How to answer comments

Whether you are setting up your account, submitting an EPD, or preparing for verification, this guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Please always proceed with updating the file through draft EPD channel (English version as the default version should not be uploaded as additional language version).

If you have already updated the model once, as shown in our new video guide, and need to update the draft EPD afterward, the circular status indicator in Step 2 will likely be greyed out. In this case, please tick the box labeled "I don't need to update my design," which will allow you to submit your response to us.

However, please ensure that you have updated your model at least once beforehand.
