Wallet system for EPD verification credits

EPD Hub has added a new feature on its EPD verification platform—the Wallet System. This enhancement provides EPD Hub customers with real-time transparency over their credit consumption and balance, improving visibility and ease of management for your credit subscriptions.

What can you do with the new Wallet System?

  • Track your credits easily: The Wallet System allows you to view your remaining balance, transaction history, and credit deductions for verification activities.

  • Transparent credit use: Customers can now see details of their credit deductions per submission, helping you better plan future verifications.

  • Seamless subscription management: Your subscription plan and expiration date are clearly displayed, ensuring you always stay informed.

How the new wallet system works

As shown in the image below, your total available balance, transaction history, and verification deductions are now visible in your account.

How to Read Your Credit Wallet (For Account Owners)

For clarity:

  • One Subscription, One Wallet: Our system operates on a "one publisher, one subscription" model. This means all credits are deducted from a single wallet linked to your Publisher Account, ensuring accurate and consolidated billing.

  • Total Available Balance: Displayed prominently in the top left, this figure represents the actual total amount of credits available for your entire account. This is the single source of truth for your spending power.

  • Transaction Log: This table provides a detailed history of all credit movements. Please note that the "Remaining Credits" column within the log reflects the balance left within the specific subscription package associated with that particular transaction, not your overall account total. This distinction clarifies how credits are drawn from different pools.

Don't panic over "Initial Deductions":

When you first submit an EPD, the transaction log may show an "Initial deduction". Please do not worry if this amount looks higher than your expectation. This is simply an automated pre-quotation. Our EPD Hub managers will soon manually review the submission and adjust/rectify the final cost if needed.

What happens if your balance is zero or negative?

If you run out of credits, your verification process will not be blocked. However, the final EPD publishing process will be put on hold. If you see a negative balance or need more credits, please reach out to your account manager.
