EPD Hub logo usage guidelines

Publishing an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a significant milestone in your company’s sustainability journey. We encourage you to share this achievement with your customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Once your EPD is officially published with EPD Hub, you are welcome to use our logo and name across your communication channels, including:

  • Digital Channels: Company websites, sustainability portals, and social media announcements (e.g., LinkedIn posts celebrating your published EPD).

  • Printed Materials: Product brochures, sustainability reports, sales decks, and marketing collateral.

  • Event Displays: Trade show booths, banners, and presentation slides.

  • Press Releases: Announcements regarding your environmental initiatives and EPD publications.

To protect the integrity of the EPD Hub brand and the credibility of your verified EPD, please follow the following requirements:

  • No Product Endorsement: The EPD Hub logo indicates that the product's environmental data has been transparently reported and verified. It must not be used in a way that implies EPD Hub endorses, certifies, or guarantees the environmental performance or quality of the physical product itself.

  • Maintain Logo Integrity: Do not alter the EPD Hub logo. This includes changing the colors, stretching, squashing, or modifying the proportions. Always use the official logo files provided below.

If you have any questions about a specific use case or need approval for a unique marketing campaign, please reach out to our Marketing Manager at andrea.nyilas@epdhub.com.
