How long does verification and publishing take?
Targeted EPD publishing time: Target times from receipt of ready, final and error-free documents, excluding* time spent waiting for Customer fixes:
*Please note that the time spent awaiting your feedback directly impacts the overall processing time. Delays in responding to comments may extend the average processing duration, potentially increasing it for 1-2 weeks.
If a process is delayed by 60 days due to reasons attributable to the customer, it will be considered as delivered. Reminder notifications will be issued from support@epdhub.com to address delays and inactivity. In the absence of any response or action, the process will be marked as inactive until further notice. An inactive EPD may be reactivated under the same conditions, where feasible; however, if new rules have been introduced in the interim, those rules shall apply.
