If a process is delayed by 60 days due to reasons attributable to the customer, it will be considered as delivered. Reminder notifications will be issued from support@epdhub.com to address delays and inactivity. In the absence of any response or action, the process will be marked as inactive until further notice. An inactive EPD may be reactivated under the same conditions, where feasible; however, if new rules have been introduced in the interim, those rules shall apply.
